Larchmont Commons
Gorman & Co. acquired Larchmont Commons in December 2019. The center will undergo significant facade improvements and other commons area enhancements and further value add opportunities in lease up and the development of an additional pad site on Rt. 38.
Whiteland Towne Center
Affiliates of Gorman & Co. and the principals of Oaklands Business Park, Chris Knauer and Jim Gorman, acquired WTC in a joint venture with Abrams Realty Group for $39 million from Equus Capital Partners on September 28th, 2017. The center will be undergoing extensive renovations to the facade, commons areas and signage, including a new plyon sign and digital reader board at the entrance on Rt. 100. This entrance and traffic signal is shared with a new CVS and a new Whole Foods Market scheduled to open in the Fall 2017. By taking a "lifestyling" approach to redevelopment, the partnership has a capital intensive plan that will attract new tenants and bring new life to the center. Parkview at Oaklands
Parkview is a 287 unit mid-rise luxury apartment complex scheduled to break ground in January 2018. In partnership with Jefferson Apartment Group (JAG), Oaklands Business Park developers Jim Gorman and Chris Knauer will bring resort style amenities in a campus of residential buildings overlooking more than 20 acres of bucolic landscape, trails and streams. Parkview will be located off Whitford Road in Exton, Pa and delivery is anticipated to be Fall 2019.
Moose Crossing Self Storage
Gorman & Co. acquired Moose Crossing Self Storage in November 2019. The 321 unit storage facility was constructed in 2010 and will undergo an expansion in 2020 on a recently acquired 2-acre parcel. The expansion will add approximately 185 units.
212 Church Rd, North Wales, Pa
Affiliates of Gorman & Co. and the principals of Oaklands Business Park, Chris Knauer and Jim Gorman, acquired 212 Church Rd in July 2017 for $3.6 million and is undergoing extensive renovations to convert the building from Class B office space to premium storage. Operating under the name Vault Storage, the facility will feature 600 climate controlled units and outdoor storage for boats, cars and RV's.

Mullica Hill Plaza, Mullica Hill NJ
Mullica Hill Plaza is a 100,000 SF grocery anchored shopping center developed in 2005. Affiliates of Gorman & Co. invested in and participated as co-managing partners of a joint venture with Madison Development Group, Inc. The center was later sold to an institutional investor in 2007.
Mullica Hill Commons, Mullica Hill NJ
Mullica Hill Commons is a 110,000 SF mixed-use commercial complex constructed in 2009 and consists of 10 buildings on 22 acres adjacent to Mullica Hill Plaza. The Commons features regional medical and professional offices, retail, restaurants and a 25,000 SF state-of-the-art fitness center. In partnership with Madison Development Group, Inc., affiliates of Gorman & Co. invested in and are co-managing partners of the project.
Oaklands Corporate Center, Exton PA
Oaklands Corporate Center is a 305-acre planned mixed-use development located on Route 30 in Exton Pa. It consists of 2 million square feet of commercial office space surrounded by ponds, jogging trails, and offering every conceivable amenity to corporate tenants. The Commons at Oaklands is a 14-building 140,000 SF medical and professional office complex strategically located just off the Rt 30 by-pass in Exton Pa. Constructed in 2008 by Oaklands Business Parks principals Chris Knauer and Jim Gorman, The Commons features office condominiums ideal for medial and professional office users. A limited number of office condo's and build-to-suit options are available in The Commons.
